I Will, you Kate and we do.

They did it, the English Prince married Miss Catherine Middelton and they became Duke and Duchesse of Cambridge, or other Prince and Princesse William of Wales. Well, I've seen more romantic weddings, I've seen people who have seen more in love, but let's face it, they're the English Royals, what did we expect?
Kate looked stunning, her sister dress was amazing!, William looked so formal and red and Harry seemed more nervous then anyone else - seriously, he did not stop swaying through the whole ceremony. even though I wished it would have been a little more personal and a little less biblical it was awesome. A royal wedding, They did it. William married Kate, Kate married William, the English Royal Family has a wonderful newly married couple, they will do good things for the monarchy, they're awesome. Oh yea, my personal favorite of the wedding was the fact that Elton John seemed like he had no idea what he was doing during the time he had to sing in the church, he was also dressed the way we love it: yellow west and purple tie. Chelsy Davy was invited and both William and Kate invited their Ex Boy-/Girlfriends. The queen alone wore yellow and looked way to cute, while Camilla seriously wore white, just champagne, but still white. No one fell asleep (even though it once looked like the queen was close to), Harry didn't drop the ring and it didn't rain, some facts, that made some british people a little richer and other poorer.
Well let's look at some pictures:

The engaged couple, Catherine wearing Dianas ring (who originally belonged to Prince Harry after her death)

The pretty bride, the wonderful dress, just like a fairytale.

Bridesmade Pippa Middelton (Kate's sister)

Bridesmade and Best Man (they actually would make a pretty couple...)

William and Harry the Princes of England and Wales, one being the groom and the other one the best man.

Partnerlook? Just kidding, the queen looks cute in yellow and she actually looks happy!

HRH Prince William Arthur Philip Louis Mountbatten- Windsor, Duke of Cambridge and HRH Catherine Elizabeth Windsor, Duchesse of Cambridge. The future King and Queen of England.

Good Morning Jet Lag.

It's 6 AM in the morning and I'm back in Luceren - yes I am JeLagged as fuck. Plus my whole rythm is out of control. My body strongly believes that it is Wednesday night, when the calender relatively exactly tells me that it is Thursday morning.
You wouldn't believe how calm Switzerland is to me, there is no sound of traffic, just birds singing and I swear I can hear the grass grow. I think I might scared my mother a little bit, because the first thing I did after arriving home was standing on the balcony and just breath and listn, for about 15 minutes. I swear god the air hear is magical and it doesn't smell like summer, but more the like a cold winter clean, the thing I've always loved the most.
Maybe we should start from the beginning. Yesterday (or more the day before yesterday) morning my two girls and I awoke in a really funny arranged bed, after a night filled with Champagne. I finished packing and cleaning before I said goodbye to Mikaela and grabbed Nick to have coffee. We eventually ended up at school, where I bought a Schoolswaeter (yes, I own a school Sweater now...) and said goodbye to way to many people. It was sad, really really sad, and I was convinced that I would end up crying that day. Kelsey and I dropped by Kalies appartment to give her the clicker, since she's going to stay at my place while I'm gone and then we were about to take off. We made a last stop at In'N'Out - how am I gonna survive without In'N'Out for three months! hahaha
Our trip to the Airport was then filled with a lot of Katy Perry, and the moment I had to say goodbye to Kelsey it hit me. I love LA. I love my girls and I gonna miss them like hell. But I had to go. I may would have liked about a week or two more in the states, but Switzerland was calling. Going through security check was something new this time: You don't have to put your liquides in a seethrough bag anymore and there's a nacked scanner. Not even thinking about the fact that random airport security had just seen my underwear and more I went to the gate. ORANGE people. I somehow figured out that they were a christian organisation... Very intressting. Arriving in Switzerland I just wanted to sleep. And I did- unfortunately, because now I'm Jetlagged as fuck, but it will go away, eventually, and then I will be back in LA eventually, and maybe I should just learn to live in the moment and love the Now. I love you all, have a wonderful summer, wherever you are.

Because I'm on the golden coast.

Greetings loved ones
Let's take a journey

I know a place, Where the grass is really greener
Warm, wet, and wild, There must be somethin' in the water

Sippin' gin and juice, Layin' underneath the palm trees
The boys break their necks, Tryin' to creep a little sneak peek
You could travel the world, But nothing comes close to the golden coast
Once you party with us, You'll be fallin' in love

California girls, we're unforgettable - Daisy dukes, bikinis on top
Sun-kissed skin, so hot - We'll melt your popsicle
California girls, we're undeniable, Fine, fresh, fierce, we got it one lock
West-coast represent, Now put your hands up

Sex on the beach, We've got white sand in our stilettos
We freak in my jeep, Snoop Doggy Dogg on the stereo
You could travel the world, But nothing comes close to the golden coast
Once you party with us, You'll be fallin' in love

California girls, we're unforgettable - Daisy dukes, bikinis on top
Sun-kissed skin, so hot - We'll melt your popsicle
California girls, we're undeniable, Fine, fresh, fierce, we got it one lock
West-coast represent, Now put your hands up

Toned, tanned, fit, and ready, Turn it up 'cause it's gettin' heavy
Wild, wild west-coast, These are the girls I love the most
I mean the ones, I mean like she's the one, Kiss her, touch her, squeeze her buns
The girl's a freak, she drive a Jeep, And live on the Beach
I'm okay, I won't play, I love the bay, Just like I love L.A.
Venice Beach and Palm Springs, Summertime is everyday
Homeboys bangin' out, All that ass hangin' out
Bikinis, zuchinis, martinis, no weenies, Just a king and a queenie

Katy, my lady? - (Yeah?)
Looky here, baby - (Uh-huh)
I'm all up on ya
'Cause your represtin' California

California girls, we're unforgettable - Daisy dukes, bikinis on top
Sun-kissed skin, so hot - We'll melt your popsicle
California girls, we're undeniable - Fine, fresh, fierce, we got it one lock
West-coast represent - Now put your hands up
California, California girls California, California girls
(I really wish you all could be California girls)

KATY PERRY - CALIFORNIA GURLS

The last couple of days have brought me all over the west coast, and I now know why I'm proud to be a California Girl. Yes, my roots are still swiss, my heart still belongs to New York, but damn! it is the golden coast. I mean what other place in the world can offer you Los Angeles, Hollywood, San Diego, Palm Springs, San Francisco, Malibu, Venice Beach, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, and everything so close together, I believe just LA. And it might be girlish, but there is something about the feeling to drive down the 101, windows rolled down blasting Katy Perrys California Gurls. Live is awesome, and I can't stop but believe that it's even a tinny bit better here on the West Coast. --> Yes I allow you to be jealous haha

Some last days.

The countdown is going down. 4 more days till I'll enter an airplane to go back to little Switzerland. It's a long ass time I'll be gone, meaning there's some stuff to do. I just registerd the car under my name. Meaning, if it get's stolen or hit while I'm away, some one stole or hit MY car. That's a funny feeling. I also just fastforwarded my mail. So my mailbox will be empty during my absence. Now what there's left to do is getting the gas thing fixed, electricity and then my phone. Funnily enough I actually wanted to start with my phone today and they told me to wait till the last moment (first time ever).
Well, I also had Lunch with Mikaela. I have to use the car as long as I can... and when I drove her back to her apartment guess who was right next to us at the red light: Charlie and Mike. I mean, Hollywood is big, and I usually never take Hollywood when I drive (it's a bitch to drive, believe me), but out of some reason I thought lets take Hollywood, and for some other reason they seem to have thought the same thing and then we ended up next to each other. The worlds a funny place. I miss my lovely people. I can't imagine going home right now, even when it gets closer and closer, it seems so unreal. LA's my home now. I realized that yesterday when Kelsey and I drove back from San Diego and we both freaked out and where happy like little kids when we saw the skyscratchers from Downtown LA. I have to admit that LA is a place to be, and not to live, but it's mine, and it'll always have a place in my heart.

A red thread.

I found out about an ancient Chinese belief today that I found really sweet and wanted to share with you:

“An invisible red thread connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of time, place, or circumstance. The thread may stretch or tangle, but it will never break”

A trip out of Hollywood

San Diego, away from the city. A definetely needed trip. Yes, I know, I gonna be in Switzerland soon and away from the city for long enough, but sometimes you just need a break from Hollywood. Especially since it's not the same place with everyone leaving... So Kelsey and I packed our seven things (more three, because we forgot almost everything) and went off to San Diego. Now it would probably take ages to describe you the whole trip, but maybe in short form:
- San Diego compared to LA is tiny.
- Of course on every trip I take we have to get stopped by the cops.
- Tatoo Studios in SD apparently don't like walk in clients - but take them anyways (at least the forth one - and no I didn't get a tatoo)
- I survived a night in a Motel!
- SD has a fucking awesome bridge!
- There's an Illand, that's like Rodeo Drive, but it's an iland.
- Everything closes at ten.
- Not every Strip Club is a Strip Club
- and you should not microwave cats.
I don't know if everything of this is going to make sense to you, but if you're really curiose, you know who to ask. Well that's basically it. I love having a car. Now I gonna try to get the sand out of my shoes.
Lots of love

PS: I miss you Micaela, and Ty and all of you, come back.

Sunday 17 April 2011

9 more days.

Of course my body started to collapse after school was done and of course I've been sick ever since, but it's still LA, it's beautiful out there and these are my last days here. Yes I have not felt up to a lot lately (except for the fact that I was convinced I was about to die for a day or so) but as I'm getting better I feel something inside me that just wants to do things. I want to go to the beach, I want to climb mountains, surf, whatever probably possible. I want to. It's not like LA is like anything else in this world. It's LA and you better bloody hell like it. So give me my last cup of tea, some last more minutes of resting sleep before I finally gonna discover my LA.

It's over, it's done.

The year is over, the year is done, I can't believe it. It was one of the most awesome years in my entire live. Thank you everyone that was part of it, to that we're not finished yet. I met some pretty amazing people this year. Thank you for being who you are and letting me being part of your life. I would not want to miss a single second with you.
Thanks to all the stories we shared to all the tears we cried and laughs we had. It was awesome working with you and I can't wait to do it again. To mention all the performances of the last week: I'm so proud of all of you, we did a brilliant job!
Now enjoy the summer. And don't forget about me.

48 Hours

It's getting scary, in 48 hours I'll be done with school, done with examplays, done.
It's even scarier because of the fact that basically both rehearsals sucked today. I was not Ruth and I was a really calm and not at all angry nun, plus my cellphone fell out of my costume. Great.
Realizing that the last hours of our Academy years have started kind of puts us into pieces. Tiny pieces. And I loved Mr. Harts reaction: "Holly shit! This is your final exam?' - Yes my dear director - this is gonna be our final exam, so I'll better get word perfect now, before I even think of anything else.

An Allem, was man sagt,
an Allem, was man sagt,
ist auch was dran!

Egal wer kommt,
egal wer geht,
egal, es kommt nicht darauf an.

Ich glaube nichts,
ich glaub an dich,
glaubst du an mich,

was vielleicht war!

Leichter als leicht,
das ist nicht weit von hier zu dem,
was noch nicht war

Suchst du mich,
dann such ich dich.

Becoming a Nun

I got my costume for Once a Catholic today - i at least look like a nun now... I'm still working on a picture, but you'll get one.

You made my night.

This is to Mery and Fabio:
You guys are fabulous! Thank you for making my night, by not letting me speak (I know this sounds crazy but the you two are gonna understand what I'm talking about) You are crazy and I love you!

(Terribly old picture, but that was the only one I found right now...)

I'll go to bed now

Beautiful People.

Gossip Girl.

Yes, I have to admit, moving to the states didn't really help my Gossip Girl addiction, but kind of made it worse.
CW, is in the middle of the 4th season now, and is having one long ass break (yea, I know I don't have a TV, but I still have internet...) Well it continues April 18th, but April 18th seems so far away...

I don't want to spoil anything (especailly for the people who're not even through 3, never mind 4!), but just as a preview:

Netflix

I discovered Netflix. And I believe everyone should discover Netflix! It is awesome. Well for those of you who don't know what Netflix is (yes, my dear americans, Europeans don't really know Netflix), it is a Internet thing where you can watch Movies and TV shows either instantly or you can get a DVD once at a time, watch it and send it back. It is awesome. Especially after going without a TV for now about 8 months. The only maybe not so good thing about it is, that I discovered it now - during Examplays. I still have to get my lines down. But it'll work, it always works. I like Netflix.

Friday 1 April 2011

You know you live in LA, when...

Yea, it's me again, but I saw this, and I thought you'd might like it (it's long, and mostly true haha)

You know you live in LA when...

- The fastest part of your commute is down your driveway
- You recognize supposedly East Coast/Mid-west cities in sitcoms as your neighborhood.
- You judge people based on their area code.
- You carry your treatment everywhere in case you run into Steven Spielberg or Tom Hanks
- Your monthly rent is as much as most people's houses
- You could say "The Harbor" "The Long Beach" "The San Diego" and "The Hollywood" freeways, but instead you identify them by number
- You never take the Florence or Normandie exits, no matter how far from South Central you are
- It takes 15 minutes to go 20 miles and an hour to go 10 miles
- If you’re a girl… you can’t remember the last time you dated a guy under 35
- If you’re a guy… you can’t remember the last time you dated a girl over the age of 19
- Nearly every girl you know has had the same creepy old guy offer to take her “shopping”
- You’ve gone out to dinner with someone to “talk business” only to discover that the so-called “agent” was only interested in casting himself into your pants
- You can spot a fake Louis Vutton bag from a mile away
- Everyone you know is either LOADED or FLAT BROKE
- You’ve told someone you eat at Urth Caffe more often than you actually do because you thought it will get them to think you were cool… and it worked!

- You wouldn’t be caught dead wearing anything Ed Hardy
- You don’t even blink when a 60-year-old man gets into Les Deux before you do
- Getting “back to nature” is a visit to Runyon Canyon
- The club you went to last night has had 3 different names in the last 9 months
- "Do" lunch instead of "have" lunch.
- Send your assistant to Starbucks/Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to pick up your half-decaf/nonfat-soy/sugar-free/double-foam cafe mocha with a shot of expresso and caramel. Send your assistant back, because there isn’t enough foam
- Adopt so you won’t ruin your figure
- Go to yoga in full-makeup and hair
- You're sitting in traffic for at least an hour at any given part of the day
- You eat a different ethnic food for every meal
- Getting anywhere from point A to point B, no matter what the distance, takes about "twenty minutes".
- You've inadvertently learned Spanish.
- You've bumped into a celebrity at El Pollo Loco.
- Your pizza delivery guy is also on contract with Warner Bros.
- If your destination is more than 5 minutes away on foot, you're definitely driving.
- You have a gym membership because it's mandatory.
- Your TV show is interrupted by a police chase.
- You can't fall asleep without the lull of a helicopter flying overhead.
- You know Hollywood has a "lake".
- You don't stop at a STOP sign, you do a California Roll.
- You've lost your car in the Century City Shopping Center parking lot.
- You think that Venice is a beach.
- You drive next to a Rolls Royce and don't notice.
- Calling your neighbors requires knowing their area code.
- You have a favorite Thai restaurant.
- You eat pineapple on pizza.
- You've been to Disneyland more times than Downtown.
- When giving directions , you follow up with the phrase: "With/Without traffic."
- You classify new people you meet by their Area Code. An "818" would never date a "562" and anyone from "323" or "213" is ghetto/second class. Best area code: "310."
- Driving along, you see a high-speed police chase approaching in your rear view mirror. You don't panic or even flinch. Instead, you call your friends on your car phone and tell them you're on TV.
- You know that if you drive two miles in any direction you will find a McDonald's or a Starbucks.
- Your cell phone has left a permanant impression on the side of your head.
- It is not unusual for your waitress at a restaurant to have blue streaked hair, a dragon tattoo and tounge piercing.
- You think you are better than the people who live "Over the Hill". It don't matter which side of the hill you are currently residing, you are just better than them, for whatever reason.
- You live 10 miles from work. It takes you 60 minutes to get home.
- Walking out of Jamba Juice, you see that a movie is being shot on-location across the street.
- You are not happy, or even slightly exited that there may be a movie star there. You just say, " They f*ckin better not be blocking my parking space."
- You have to yell at your bank teller through a 2 inch thick wall of plexi-glass.
- You go to Las Vegas for a weekend getaway and the whole trip cost you $50.
- You personally know at least 5 people with agents.
- You personally know at least 3 people who have been in a movie or TV show.
- You know what In N Out is and feel bad for all the other states because they don't have any.
- You know that not everyone in Beverly Hills is a millionaire.
- You've gotten parking tickets from parking in the red zone in front of your house.
- Any major movie star is picking out the best portobello mushrooms next to you at the grocers and you don't notice.
- The guy at 8:30 in the morning at Starbucks wearing the baseball cap and sunglasses who looks like George Clooney IS George Clooney.
- You really can never be too rich or too thin.
- The gym is packed at 3pm...on a workday.
- The workday starts at 10am...or whenever you get out of your therapy session.
- Any invitation comes with, "Starts at 8pm or as soon as you can get through traffic."
- You have never met a waiter that wasn't really an "Actor."
- You never go to a coffee house without a copy of a script - any script.
- You call 911 and they put you on hold.
- The three hour traffic jam you just sat through wasn't caused by a horrific 9 car pile-up, but by everyone slowing to rubberneck at a lost shoe lying on the shoulder.
- A nurse can look at you in all seriousness and ask, "you don’t drink or smoke, right?"
- All the "cool gyms" allow pedestrians on the street a full-view of those working out. Literally, you can’t drive by Wilshire without staring into L.A. Fitness. Perhaps a new form of window shopping?
