After canceled, Stand-by, delayed and all sorts of flights I am finally home. HOME. My stuff isn't because AirFrance lost it (!!!!!!!!!!), but at least I am.
Well the snow is melting, but it's still freezingly cold, and just awsome.
I missed being home. And now I miss the Hollywood people, seems like a trap I'm in for life, but at least it's kind of a good one.
I gonna enjoy home with all I can (and I'm fucking not going to care that I actually have a fever and belong in bed.)

My Apology
Gosh, I don't really give handy information in this blog, do I? And I'm sorry for writing like every second week, but my life's basically around exam plays at the moment: We're performing Friday, so my life's not really interessting.
Well I fell out of a car today! That's basically it.
I still want to go see black swan.
And the play is coming along.
Can you believe it, every minute that passes brings me one minute closer to Switzerland. It's weird, I'm really looking forward to come home, but still I gonna miss my little LA home. Can't we just mix these two worlds together?
Today I've listened to a conversation on the hallway, about everyone breaking up with their boyfriends at the moment, because we all changed still we got here, and I have to admit, I changed a lot, but somewhere inside of me I'm still the same.
Yea, you know what I'm talking about.

That's a thing I read yesterday, while we went out to get pizza:
This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got upset about that, because it was Everybody’s job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn’t do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have.

15 Days.
I can't believe how times just seems to run, especially now we've gone into exam-plays. It's just 15 days till I'll be back in Lucerne, 19 days till Christmas, and it feels like I've just went off to live here.
Even thou we don't have snow in this lovely place (but it really is cold - after 3 months in CA I'm freezing when I see the temperatur drop to 19°C) everythings like Christmas. Christmas Songs are playing everywhere and there are a rediculous amout of lights - you should see the Grove, like a Farytale!

A dream of New York
The weekend has been awsome, but the more time I spend in LA the more I miss NY. I Miss the busy streets, the people, the breez but most of all the freedom. LA is huge, spread out and wide, it has it's space for everyone, but it's nothing compared to the one city...

Happy Thanksgiving
My first Thanksgiving out of a long row, and it was awsome! It's about family and eat... I was invited to Kalis house and her family is just lovely. We had like two families on one table: Kalis family with her brother, her sister, her mam and her ant and the AADA family Nelle, Nicolas, Nicolas, Tessa, J.M and Mikel.
It was the most awsome Thanksgiving ever, and I think the Swiss should invent a Chocolate day, where we just eat Chocolate Fondue... I know I have amazing ideas... haha

Finals.
Exactly five days of school left - I can hardly believe it! 5 days and my first semester at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts is over. Well, the Exam Plays are still to come, but the school part of it is over.
Now only 5 days remaining means there is a lot of work to do, a lot of finals to pass or fail. I just finished up my Alexander Assessment, my Alexander Self Reflection, my movement Paper - enough writing work for today.
So tomorrow I'm having movment finals, means Across the Floor, Warm up and written Paper. Friday's a final free day and then Monday I have Movement Finals Jazz and Voice and Speech Finals Part I (Phonetics and stuff like that) Tuesday there is the Vocal Solo Final, the Vocal Duet Final and the Acting Scene Final. Only one day left there's going to be the Monologe Finals and the Voice and Speech Part two Finals on Wednesday. A lot to do, a lot to work.
And then's Thanksgiving!
I might rather sleep now or I'm not going to survive the next 7 days...

Foreign Students and the Californian Fall...
Es wird Herbst in Los Angeles, und nachdem ich die braunen Blätter und den Herbstwind in San Francisco gefunden habe, scheint der Califorinan Fall auch langsam in LA gestallt anzunehmen. Zuerst einmal regen, doch zu Glück ist das nicht the main issue, sondern vorallem der kühle wind im sonnigen Gesicht der Stadt - kurz gesagt es ist wunderbar.
Wunderbar und KALT!
Heute in der Schule wurde relativ schnell klar wer von uns Studenten foreign ist und wer sich das Klima in LA gewohnt ist... Wir Europäer leben immernoch in dem Glauben das in Californien immer die Sonne scheint (und das nach einer Woche regen) und das es nie wirklich kalt wird.
Das führte heute dazu das Engländerinnen in kurzen Röckchen, Schweden und Deutsche in kurzen Hosen, Schweizerinnen in Kleidchen und etliche andere Europäer in T-Shirts rumliefen - und fast zu Tode gefrohren sind.
Jap, der Californische Herbst ist nun auch in LA angekommen und ich kann nichts anderes sagen als es gefällt mir (und ich brauch ne neue Garderobe...).

Melrose
Melrose Avenue is AWSOME!
Forgeth about the Rodeo Drive or whatever, if you really like fashion, it may be nice, but it's nothing compared to Melrose! The shops there are awsome, and you can actually affort to buy something! Oh my gosh, I think I'm in love with that place.
And it's not only the shopping, it's the whole atmosphere, it's really awsome, and there are cute coffees everywhere and I feel like I could just live on that street and be unbelivabely happy for the next couple of years. Of cours I would have to win the Lottory first, but that's not that impossible, is it? haha

Wather Problem - sure.
Es regnet wiedermall im Sonnigen Californien, seit gestern, und es ist Verdammt Kalt! Und ich frag mich langsam nicht mehr woher das ganze Wasserproblem in Californien kommt - Sicher, wir bewässern den Rasen auch dann noch eine Stunde wenn es seit 24 Stunden nichts anderes als geregnet hat... haha
Aber auch tolle Sachen passieren. Hab heute ein wundervoll tolles Restaurant gefunden, nur eine Strasse entfernt.

Best walk home EVER!
haha, I just got home from Micaela and I had the best walk home ever! First we stoped by Burger King, well not really spectecular (only for those who remember me saying: "I'll NEVER eat at Burger King!!!!"), but then I walked down Sunset and those three guys were passing me by, and after I just passed them I heard one of them behind me going: "Oh my god! It's her!" So I turned around to see whats going on. They all started jumping and claping their hands going: "Oh my gosh! We see you everyday! We live right above you and we're just soooooo in love with you! You allways look sooo adorable!"
Well if this is not a good walk home then I don't know... Thank you guys!

Das 'Crossword Puzzle' das mich in den Wahnsinn treibt.
So meine Lieben, ich bin wieder zurück in der Schule, wenn heut morgen auch fast zu spät... und Midterms sind noch nicht vorbei. Heisst, viel viel viel zu tun. Etwas davon steht morgen an, und zwar die Song Performance, von den Vocals... Ich hab den song 'Crossword Puzzle' aus 'Starting here, Starting now' und jap, er ist schwer. Mein geliebter Gesangslehrer hätte gerne das ich so etwa jede fünfte Note von Chest zu Headvoice switche und wieder zurück ohne mir etwas anmerken zu lassen. Sollte ich hier erwähnen das ich so gut wie NIE in meiner Kopfstimme singe?!?!?! Nun ja. Morgen sind Finals und ich werde wohl oder übel singen. Meine Nachbarn fragen sich schon (und das ist nich hypotetisch gemeint, sondern einer meiner Nachbarn hat mich tatsächlich gefragt was bloss mit mir los seie, das ich seit nunmehr einer Woche dieses Lied rauf und runter singe).
Egal. Ich hoffe es klappt irgendwie morgen.
Oder ich mach mich einfach unsichtbar haha.

Hair Cut
after a long long weekend (with Tara and Corinne here YEY) and a therefor short week (3 days) it's weekend againg.
Even if the week was somthing like really short it was probably one of the most intensive. We had Charlston Finals on Thursday! I can't believe we're over with it! And then we started working on our scenes.
After everything is changing at the moment, something had to change with me aswell... sooo I got my hair cut. The woman who cut my hair was really cut, askin about a hundret times if I really wanted my hair THAT short! But here I am now, short hair again, and all happy about it. I felt like a new born person. It's amazing what a haircut can do for you.
And now I'm going to watch the Company play. The second series have started. It's called BFF, and it's supposively really good (you wouldn't guess that just by hearing the name...)
So have fun and enjoy your weekend!

A lazy night in Hollywood
Yesterday Micy and I had a lazy night. Sitting on the coutch, watching movies, having some girls talk, things that are done way to less I think.
It was awsome! With a nightly walk to Ralfs to get Chocolate and more movies...
And today I'm getting my ladies back! Corinne and Tara are comming today, and I can't wait to see them! It has been WAY TO LONG since I last did!

Angus & Julia Stone Concert
I just got back from one of the most amazing concerts ever: Angus and Julia Stone!
It took place in the El Rey Theater, which really looked like a tiny classical theater, and I loved it.
Angus and Julia Stone are just absolutely awsome live! I was totaly blown away.
Well Angus seemed kinda stoned, but what would you except... They were just awsome! And to top it all: Damien Rice guest starred! This was freaking amazing!
I should probably sleep now, and this concert is going to fill all my dreams ;P

An Apartment full of furniture
So my mam left, and I'm all on my own again.
At least my apartment has furniture now and a radio, so I don't feel to alone ;P
It's not so messy anymore, the light table I actually found on the street (you find the craziest things here!) And as you see: I have a table now!

It rains! Can you believe it?! and I thought I was in the SunState of America, that it would never rain (Yea, I know it's a bit utophic, but still...)
So I can check that from my list aswell: Rain in California.

You don't really feel like getting wet, but the floor is wet and since I have shoes with wholes in it (Yea, I know I should get some new ones...) my feet were soaked within the 10 minutes I had to walk from my home to school.
Plus the rain ruins my hair! It's all curly again, and you know how I hate my curly hair... but what can you do? It's California, and if it wants to rain, it's going to rain, and I'll like it, because it's California. And besides that it gets 30°C again on the weekend, so never mind a day of rain...

Chateau Marmont
If you're looking for a Place like Paradise, Chateau Marmont's definitely the place to go! It is amazingly beautiful, and you feel like haven.
Da meine Mam morgen wieder nach hause fliegt, waren wir heut dort Essen. Wirklich wirklich ein wunderschöner Ort!
Ich gebe ja zu, ich stehe auf Schlösser, und Schlösser mit Französischem Namen sind sogar noch besser.
Chateau Marmont versteckt sich am Sunset Blv. und sobald man es betritt wird man von seiner Atmosphäre überwältigt. Im gegensatz zum Beverly Hotel, welches zu den besten der Stadt gehört, wirkt all das Edelne hier nicht aufgesetzt sondern vollkommen natürlich. So viel eleganz,so viel schönheit an einem Ort, so wunderwunderschön! Ich könnte stundenlang drüber reden, aber ich hör mal auf damit, i think you get my point: I adore Chateau Marmont.

Looks like home
Nach fast einem Monat jetzt, ist mein Apartment möbeliert, bilder hängen - ich hab sogar einen Tisch und Gas bekomme ich Donnerstag, ich wohne jetzt also hier. Das wären mal die netten anzeichen, die weniger netten sind die Rechnungen - Ich wohne jetzt hier! Das heisst auch Strom und alles zahlen... zu doof.
Viel lieber erfreu ich mich noch etwas an den schönen sachen.
Zudem hab ich vor der Haustüre ein Lamppe gefunden: Wunderhübsch und noch voll funktionstüchtig! Da sage doch noch jemand ich seie kein Glückskind! haha

45°C
Heute ist der Wärmste registrierte Tag in Californien und ich koche bei etwas über 45°C im Schatten! Und sie wollen sogar noch über 50°C gehen! Kann man da als normaler Mensch noch überleben?
Im moment bin ich froh das sich mein Apartment nicht aufheizt, denn draussen sitzen ist der Tod. So schön wetter es auch ist, ich will keine Bratnadine werden.

Nur schon bei angenehmen 30°C versteckt er sich im Schatten und murrmelt vor sich hin: "I don like tha sun, its waay to hot")
Am liebsten wär ich jetzt am strand... Aber nein, bis morgen muss ich noch viel auswändig lernen. Vielleicht ist ja am Wochenende Schöön (schöön, nicht kochend haha).

Do you remember, the 21th night of September...
Damn, I'm a bad bloger... Anyway, here I am, back again.
Actually I have an excuse ;P I didn't have any internet access over the weekend - poor me and seriouselly, you didn't miss anything too exciting.
I am about to get sick, which I try to avoid, by just ignoring it - see how long this is going to work...
Something else?! Well, I can't believe I've just been to this school for three weeks - it feels like so much longer, and I love it! It's probably the only thing I am able to talk about at the moment - it's horrilbe - ask Alex if you don't believe me.
Ah yea, this is something interessting. I saw Alex last week, when he was in LA for tree days. It was great to see someone from back home, but also kind of weird. I mean, we were sitting in that coffee and talked - in Swiss german! I actually thought I had fergotten about it, but it dosn't seems like.
well my mother is here now aswell, and we got some furniture!! Yea! I am actually LIVING now in this place! I have a bad and a fucking red sofa haha, and you couldn't believe how excited I was about my own dishes! Let me tell you - to have your own dishes is something AMAZING haha.
Yea, anyways... I'll go back to work again, still a lot of things to do.
And yea: Happy Birthday Micaela! You're 21 now honey!!!

Some Updates
Life in LA so far?! In one word: (Fucking) Awsome (- yea I kind of get used to the fact that the teachers keep saying fuck like a normal word.)
Well, I still have a lot to do, because I want to keep ahead with all the homework and stuff, but life's brilliant!
Heute hab ich mich auf einmal zwischen lauter Musik Menschen wiedergefunden - was vielleicht daran gelegen hat das ich im Musik Institut war - Awsome School! Doch die Leute waren grossartig und ich muss zugeben ich fühle mich wohl umringt von Künstlern, nicht nur Schauspielern, sondern eben auch Musikern.
Now I'm back in my Apartment! I can't wait to get furniture!
My mam is comming tomorrow, so I have to clean up the apartment... Anyways.
School was great too!
Wir müssen einen Monolog aus einem Stück erarbeiten, und ich muss hier etwas sagen: Danke Alex Kaufmann! Serousely! Wir haben sooo viele Stücke in der Schule gelesen das ich einfach daraus auswählen konnte ohne mir tonnen von Büchern zu kaufen, sie alle zu lesen und dann einen Monolog zu wählen. Anyways.
Trotzdem gibt es noch viel zu tun, und die Zeit rennt hier.
Haha, nach drei Wochen kommt schon meine Mam das erste mal zu besuch, dann im Oktober kommen Corinne und Tara und im November dann Mica.
Es wird wirklich langsam Zeit das ich Möbel bekomme, sonst müssen alle auf dem Boden schlafen haha
Have fun you guys und esst viel viel Schokolade & Migros Budget Energydrinks. - Jap ich vermisse Schweizer Nahrungsmittel ;P

First Weekend in LA
Jap, langsam bin ich schon ne weile hier. Nachdem ich letztes Wochenende in Downtown gesteckt habe und nicht aus dem Hotel raus wollte (glaubt mir, ihr hättet das auch nicht gemacht), sollte dieses Wochenende anders werden...
Freitag waren wir also aus! LA ist toll! Seriously!
Allerdings waren wir schon relativ früh zuhause weil wir am Samstag den Englisch Test und die Re-Audition hatten. Samstag wars dann auch wiedermal heiss nach drei Tagen grauem Himmel (ja, selbst in LA scheint nicht immer die Sonne - etwas das ich zuerst lernen musste! Hell war ich confused!)
Abends gingen wir dan wieder ins Theater. Schön brav, wie es von uns erwartet wurde haha. Danach mussten wir erst mal was essen und dann schlafen.
Die Woche hatte uns mehr geschaft als wir gedacht haben. Doch was hab ich erwartet - ich bin mir Schule nicht mehr gewohnt und schon gar nicht so anstrengende Schule!
Anyways, morgen gehts wieder zurück in die Academy und ich muss noch Hausaufgaben machen.

Movement I
Heute hatten wir die erste Movement classes, and I loved it!
I mean, I allways loved to dance! Was ich aber wirklich gemerkt habe - zur Hölle bin ich unfit! Nach etwa einer Stunde reden kamen wir zum einwärmen - wenn man an die hundert Kniebeugen auf alle Seiten tatsächlich Einwärmen nennen kann - und dann noch so schnell! Ich bin fast gestorben!
Aber ja, ich lebe noch.
Morgen muss ich dringend in diesen Bookshop, ich brauche noch 11 Bücher da wir ab jetzt jede Woche ein Play lesen müssen. Mein Tagesplan ist irgendwie so vollgefüllt das ich glücklich bin wenn ich überhaubt zum schlafen komme! Aber es lohnt sich, definitiv.
Also: I have some homework to do.
Auf morgen muss ich noch das Lied lernen und einen Monolog - nicht so schlimm also. Und ich muss einen Tacker kaufen! Die Papers werden automatisch mit einem F bewertet wenn sie nicht zusammen getackert sind! That's america - deal with it or go back home haha.

Nach all dem ganzen Ab Boden Exercise zeugs und das ewige Hin und Her rennen hab ich mich heute mal dazu entschieden ganz 80's aus dem Haus zu gehen ;P
Da ich weiss das es so einige gibt, welche mir das niemals glauben würden hab ich hier einen kleinen beweis (- und ich hab tatsächlich das Gefühl das ich meine Haare so mag!!!)

School
I love school!
Oh mein gott, das klingt so komisch, doch so ist es!
Die Leute sind amazing, und die Lehrer Legenden, I mean - could I ask for anything more?!
But life is now to beginn... Auf morgen müssen wir ein 5-10 Seitiges Stück über unser Leben schreiben und das dann performen, Freitags ist ein Vorsingen, Samstag haben wir Englisch Prüfung, Performance und nochmal Vorsingen (und das infront of the whole academy!) und auf Dienstag dann noch einen neuen Monolog. Tja, sieht so aus als hätt ich viel zu tun haha
Samstag abend gehen wir dann wieder ein Abschlusstheater schauen!
Und dann beginnts dann: Jede woche ein Theater lesen und eine Reveu schreiben, jede Woche mindestens ein Theater besuchen und ein Reveu schreiben, haha I love it.
Anyways, have to get some more things and start to read.

I moved in!
I don't know what to say... I wanna scream and shout, jump around and go crazy! I have my own apartment! It's lovely!
I can see the palms when I look out the window and yea, I love it.
Well, I don't have a fridge haha and I actually bought a lamp, but I forgoth about the light bulbs, but hey, it's gonna be okay ;P
Can't wait for school tomorrow. Seems like life's just about to beginn...

Tired
Ab heute fühl ich mich wie eine Amerikanerin, denn ich hab jetzt endlich eine einheimische Nummer.
Ansonsten hat sich nicht viel getan, ich war den ganzen Tag irgendwie müde da ich morgens vergessen habe die doofen Eisentabletten zu nehemen, aber naja - morgen dann wieder ;)
Zudem hab ich bemerkt wie blond ich in der kurzen Zeit schon geworden bin! Gott! Was wenn das so weiter geht haha
Esst etwas Schokolade für mich wenn ihr das hier lest.

Ich bin heute tatsächlich unglaublich früh aufgestanden! So früh das ich vergessen habe wann... Aber dafür hab ich auch viel getrieben.
Ersteinmal hab ich für das Apartment unterschrieben (YEY) es ist jetzt offiziell meins haha, dann war ich mit Mici Strom Anmelden, das ich auch nicht im Dunkeln sitzen muss und dann waren wir bei IKEA.
IKEA sieht EXAKT GLEICH aus. EGAL wo man ist! Ich hätte ebensogut in Zürich sein können (das hab ich auch tatsächlich für eine kurze Sekunde gedacht) Doch Grossartig gekauft hab ich noch nichts, erst ne Lampe, schliesslich hab ich noch keine Ahnung wie gross das Bett überhaubt sein darf damit es noch in mein Zimmer passt. Naja, egal.
Jedenfalls sind wir heute enorm viel Auto gefahren und ich verstehe endlich wieso alle ein Auto haben! Gott ist das Leben schön! Und die Freeways sind RIESIG! Anyways. Ich hab jetzt zumindest das riesen Bedürfnis mir ein Auto zuzulegen. Metro ist auf die Dauer kein Leben hier und laufen......

Apartment Olé!
I got my apartment YEY! It's gonna be ready by Monday and I can't wait to move in!
But before I move in I think these Americans are going to drive me crazy. I have to get Gas and electricity acces, so I'm trying to reach these Offices... well I try.
I allready spoke to the Gas Office, which told me that they could offer me Gas by next month!
But at least they said I could get Electricity by Friday (yey)
And something else: I had registration today! The school looks cool and the people seem nice aswell, so I think everythings gonna be great! They have like a huge parking spot in front of the building and everyone gets there by car (even the ones who live just 5 minutes from there!) It's crazy.
But it was cool, I met people from all over the world, like Sweden, England, Columbia and of cours a lot of Americans (but NON from California)
Well, tomorow is orientation, so lets see.

Hello you Angels
I reached the city of Angels - It's huge!
But my hotels fine, and I deffenetely think I'm gonna like it here. Everything is bigger and faster, most of the people are friendly (and some are really strange!).
Plus I went to see an Apartment today, just 10 minutes from my school. It's amazing, I love it, and I really hope I get it... It has a pool and a kitchen (how the hell needs a kitchen haha)
